Your order will be verified and accepted by our Customer Service.
If we the shoes you have ordered are temporarily unavailable and we cannot fulfil your order in time you will be immediately informed about it via e-mail.
We have the right to reject your order upon some some conditions (if the goods are no longer available).
The pictures in the offer may insignificantly differ from the real view due to natural differences occurring in materials like natural leather and wood.
We issue VAT invoices upon request.
If you want to return your unworn purchase please let us know about it within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Then you have got 14 days to send the purchase back to our company upon the address:

Unfortunately, clogsforyou.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees for international orders. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our company will be subtracted from your refund total.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
Our complaint policy does not include the following:
- clogs with defects described or otherwise visible upon placing the order
- clogs with mechanical defects of the wooden sole (scuffs, chipping), damage resulting from badly fitting clogs (wrong size)
- complaints about comfort, appearance, buckles, zips, heels, etc.
- damage of the shoes caused by normal wear tear as well as damage caused by wooden soles to your skin or outfirs (like stockings, socks, etc.).
- if the colour of your natural leather and wooden elements runs as a result of sweating or intense exposure to water/humidity
- differences in colour and leather texture, wrinkling or breaking of leather surface resulting from normal wear and tear, which are the natural phenomena with leather use.
